Cancelation Policy

As we are a small family business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • We require a deposit equal to 25% of full stay that you have to pay by your credit card or paypal upon booking to our booking engine.
  • Τhe remaining 75% can be paid at your check-in in cash or by credit-card
  • If you would prefer, you can make a deposit or bank transfer and send us a copy of the deposit voucher or transfer receipt within 5 days of making the reservation.
  • We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either the notification of payment within 5 days.
  • The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 5 days before check-in

In the case that government regulations related to COVID-19 restrict free circulation or the opportunity to travel and you are forced to cancel your reservation, we will reimburse 100% of your deposit
