Cancelation Policy

• If you choose the Non-refundable rate, the full amount (100%) is charged on booking date.
• If cancelled at any stage after the booking, the amount charged is Non-Refundable. Non-shows and early departures are fully charged (100%). All Credit cards are pre-authorized.
• If you choose the Standard rate, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled later than 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount (100%) is charged and is Non-Refundable. Non-shows and early departures are fully charged (100%). All Credit cards are pre-authorized.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• If you choose to make your booking directly by email, you can pay by bank transfer according to the selected rate & cancellation policy.
• If you choose to make your booking using our booking engine, your credit card will be charged according to the selected rate & cancellation policy.
• Local tax (0,5€ per room per day) is not included in the price and is payable by the costumer upon check-in.

2. No pets are allowed
3. No parties or events are allowed in the property
