As we are a small family business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:
- We require a deposit equal to 25% of full stay that you have to pay by your credit card or paypal upon booking to our booking engine.
- Τhe remaining 75% can be paid at your check-in in cash or by credit-card
- If you would prefer, you can make a deposit or bank transfer and send us a copy of the deposit voucher or transfer receipt within 5 days of making the reservation.
- We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either the notification of payment within 5 days.
- The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 5 days before check-in
COVID-19 RISK FREE CANCELLATIONS
In the case that government regulations related to COVID-19 restrict free circulation or the opportunity to travel and you are forced to cancel your reservation, we will reimburse 100% of your deposit
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Additional persons (more than 2): 10.00€ per person per night
- There is a three-night minimum stay for all periods
- Children under 12 years of age stay free with parents (if no extra bed is required)
